The New South Wales Building Society of Australia came to the China Real Estate Association to discuss cooperation

On the afternoon of April 26th, a delegation from the New South Wales Building Society of Australia visited the China Real Estate Association. President Chen Yiming, Vice President Wang Huimin, and four member units, namely Beixin Building Materials, Faraday Construction, Grammy Group, and Craftsmanship Technology, attended the symposium.

At the symposium, both sides introduced the issues of concern to each other. The Australian side focused on elaborating on the current demand situation for housing construction in Australia, especially in New South Wales, as well as the three key issues that the domestic construction and components industry faces when entering the local market: Australian standard certification, sales channels, and localization planning (including process installation and after-sales warranty).

Four Chinese member units respectively introduced their enterprises and products. Beixin Building Materials presented its strong advantages in the entire industrial chain of prefabricated materials and showcased numerous major domestic and international projects it has served. Yuanda Construction highlighted its prefabricated building technology and achieved rapid delivery in multiple domestic projects with an efficient construction model, while also occupying a certain share in the international market. The Grammy Group showcased the innovative designs and exquisite high-quality craftsmanship of wall decoration materials. Craftsmanship Technology provided an explanation on the technological upgrades and market application situations of smart home products such as smart door locks.

During the symposium, the Australian representatives made a detailed inquiry about the samples displayed by member enterprises in the association's meeting room.
Finally, President Chen Yiming pointed out that this symposium should be taken as an important opportunity for China and Australia to further enhance communication and conduct in-depth cooperation in multiple aspects such as prefabricated buildings and construction techniques, building materials standard certification, and market channel expansion. The China Real Estate Association will actively play the role of a bridge and link, promote the connection between member enterprises and the Australian side, and assist Chinese enterprises in exploring the Australian market.
