We all know that even in a country like Japan, which is renowned for its meticulous management, accidents still occur. This is especially true for emergency rescue operations, where there are even more uncontrollable factors.
When fires, earthquakes, floods and other disasters occur, rescue workers are the first to drive excavators to dig firebreaks, open up rescue routes, clear rivers and so on. However, during this process, secondary disasters such as forest fire flashovers, aftershocks, landslides and mudslides are very likely to occur, threatening the lives of our rescue workers.
